Before the event The measurement

The club raised over £3,000 for Polio Plus and local charities. Thanks to Chris Butlin and everyone who took part especially those who bought a ticket!

Gryffe Valley Rotarians visited Scottish Leather Group (Bridge of Weir Leather, NCT Leather plus Muirheads and Langs) where MD Ian McFadyen and colleagues showed members the processes from fresh, salted or iced hide through cleaning and tanning to finishing as leather for their clients which are 57% auto, Saab Volvo Aston Martin and Lincoln. It's a big business producing over 3000 hides a day. Fascinating.

Thanks to the generous people of Kilbarchan these members of Gryffe Valley Rotary Club raised £280 at Lilias Day towards the purchase of Shelter Boxes for relief in emergency situations around the world.
